Contract Administration
The majority of building works is procured using a recognised
form of building contract. The purpose of the contract to set
out in formal terms the extent and nature of the works to be
undertaken by the Contractor and the fee they will be paid for
undertaking the works by the Employer.
As
an Employer should you use a form of contract, which is
based upon the traditional procurement route; or design and
build; or one of the many other types of contract?
It
is important to the client as the Employer that the right
choice of contract is chosen to best suit their requirement.
