Architectual Design

We can provide a full architectural design service from taking your initial brief to the production of sketch schemes through to the preparation of full and detailed plans.

All drawings are produced using AutoCAD. Specifications of workmanship and materials are prepared using NBS (National Building Specification).

Whether you require plans of existing buildings; plans to extend and existing property or plans for a new build development. We can produce them for: -

• Illustrative or licencing purposes
• Building Regulation submission
• Planning submission
• Full design and specification of works to enable competitive contractor quotations to be obtained.

When appointed as lead designer we will ensure that a fully co-ordinated approach to the design is agreed and maintained between any other specialist designers and ourselves.

As part of our services we can make all the necessary applications for statutory approvals and consents. Where instructed to do so we can undertake contract administration and act as planning supervisor under the CDM Regulations.
