Stephen holds a post graduate diploma in town planning; he is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors; a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute; a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building; a fellow of the Architecture and Surveying Institute; a member of the of the Association for Project Management; and a member of the Association of Planning Supervisors.
